As an ISO9001 and ISO14001 registered company, we strictly follow the spirit of ISO in production and quality management. There’s a staff of more than 100 qualified members in our quality control departments from IQC to IPQC, LQC,QA,QE etc. Our in-process defect rate is less than 0.02%, which is one of the best achievable performances in the industry. Comprehensive testing, inspection, and process control is implemented at different stages of production, including: ·Incoming material inspection Inspection of all materials, parts and components before production. ·In-process quality control Inspections of every process at every stage during production assembly. ·Finished goods inspection Final tests on finished goods to ensure high-quality compliance.
